Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of vitamincowok.id, operated from Jl. Braga No. 25, Sumurbandung, Bandung, Jawa Barat, 40111, Indonesia. By using the site, you agree to them.

What this site is, and what it is not

VitaminCowok is an educational resource about natural supplements for men. We write about vitamins and minerals for men, energy and endurance formulas, and the everyday habits that sit around them. The site is run as a reading resource from our Bandung address, not as a shop.

You will find plain explanations of what a formula contains, how a label describes it, and where two products differ in format or serving. What you will not find is a checkout, a stock count, or an order number. We do not sell products or process orders, so nothing on these pages is a purchase offer.

The pages are written for general reading. They are not tailored to your history, your current routine, or anything a qualified professional would know about you. Treat everything here as background for a better conversation, not as a replacement for one.

Reading the site does not create a professional relationship

Nothing you read here — and no message you send us — puts you in a professional relationship of any kind with VitaminCowok or with anyone who contributes to it. We do not assess your situation, we do not review what you currently take, and we do not respond with anything other than general information.

What general information means

A formula that suits one reader may be a poor fit for another. Serving sizes, ingredient forms, and capsule or tablet formats all change how a product behaves in a routine, and none of that can be judged from a page alone.

When to ask a qualified professional

Speak with a qualified professional before changing what you take, particularly if you already use other products or have existing health considerations. Bring the label with you; the ingredient list is the part worth discussing.

Before you decide

Check the ingredient list, the serving size, and the format. If any of the three is unclear, ask before you buy.

How you may use what we publish

Read the site, share the links, quote a passage in a forum post or a class handout, and cite VitaminCowok when you do. Attribution keeps the explanation traceable, which matters when someone follows it back and wants the fuller context.

What we ask you not to do is copy the site wholesale. Bulk scraping, republishing long sections under another name, or mirroring pages on a second domain pulls the material away from the corrections we make here. Interfering with how the site loads for other visitors is also out of bounds, whether that means flooding requests or altering pages in transit.

Quoting us

Name VitaminCowok and link to the page you took the passage from. Short quotes for comment, review, or teaching are fine.

Who owns what on these pages

The written explanations, the structure of the guides, and the way we group ingredients are ours. That covers the wording on this page, the arrangement of the comparison tables, and the notes we add when a label is ambiguous.

Product names, brand names, and any trademark that appears in a description belong to the companies that own them. We use them to identify which product we are talking about. Naming a product is not a claim of partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement in either direction.

If you believe we got something wrong

Write to [email protected] with the page and the passage. Corrections to ownership or attribution are handled before other edits.

Accuracy, updates, and the limits of a description

We describe popular products for men using what is printed on the label and what the manufacturer publishes at the time we write. That snapshot ages. Formulas change, serving sizes shift, and a supplier may reformulate without announcing it. We do not always catch an update the week it happens.

For that reason, the label in front of you is always the better source than the page you are reading. If the two disagree, trust the label. The same applies to our guides on healthy lifestyle products and men's vitamin formulas: they describe what we found, not what any maker promises.

We may revise, merge, reorder, or remove any part of the site at any time, and we are not obliged to give notice first. Pages that no longer reflect what we can stand behind are the first to go.

The site is provided as it is

We do not promise that every page is complete, current, or suited to a particular purpose. Some sections cover natural capsules for strength and vitality, others cover energy and endurance formulas, and each one reflects the reading we had at the time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made after reading the site — including a purchase you make somewhere else.

In practice

Use the site to compare and to prepare questions. Use a qualified professional for the decision itself.

Governing law and how to reach us

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Indonesia, and any question about them is handled under that law. If a clause here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of the page still stands.

Questions readers send most often

Does VitaminCowok sell supplements or take orders?

No. The site is written as a guide. We describe products and ingredients so you can compare them elsewhere, and we do not run a checkout or hold stock. Nothing on these pages is an offer to sell.

Can I reuse a paragraph from the ingredient guide?

Yes, with attribution. Quote the passage, name VitaminCowok, and link back to the page it came from. Republishing a full guide under another name is not something we permit.

A product page shows an ingredient that is no longer listed. What should I do?

Trust the label you are holding. Then send us the page address and the difference you spotted at [email protected], and we will revisit the description and update it where the change can be confirmed.

Do these terms change?

They can. When a revision changes how the site may be used, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a revision means the new version applies.
